Aside from leading and coordinating his team, he is also responsible for the architecture of all products. Nils Meyer studied information management and has a bachelor in computer sciences from the university in Ingolstadt. He also graduated with a master in computer sciences in 2007.

Uwe Hofmann started his career with jCOM1 in 2006. As a software developer, he primarily deals with the integration of SAP NetWeaver technologies, and was, for example, involved in the development of jLUTION!, jGATE! und jFLOW4NW!.

Bernhard Foltin has been working as a software developer at jCOM1 since 2007. In this position, he primarily works with the modeling tool jPASS! His responsibilities also include the continuous optimization of the overall user interfaces. He graduated as a computer scientist and worked as a programmer for several IT companies before joining jCOM1.

Johannes Luther has been supporting the backend development area of the entire runtime environment since 2007. His responsibilities include the continuous development of the workflow management solution jFLOW! Before joining jCOM1, the trained optician studied information technology at the technical college in Landshut.

Supervisor for Infrastructure, Internal Processes

Martina Gruber has been supporting the jCOM1 AG team since February 2008. Her area of responsibility is the supervision of the infrastructure and internal processes. In addition she is responsible for the training of the trainees.
In 2008 Martina Gruber also graduated as a certified IT business manager at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Prior to joining the company, the IT systems administrator worked for BMW AG in Windows Server Operations.

Mario Kahle joined the software developer team of jCOM1 AG in February 2008. In this position, he supports the continuous development of the modeling tool jPASS! as part of his training as an IT specialist, he previously completed an internship with the BMP specialist in Rohrbach.

Volker Kindermann has been working as a software developer at jCOM1 since 2008. He primarily deals with the development of web applications as well as the runtime environment. Before joining the BPM specialist he previously worked as a working student with focus on programming at a large telecommunication and internet provider. In 2008 Volker Kindermann graduated  as a computer scientist at the university of applied sciences in Regensburg.

Software Developer

Thomas Paulus has been supporting the software development team of jCOM1 AG since April 2009 – initially in a freelance capacity, and thereafter, since September 2009, as an employee. In this position he works as a developer and consultant. He is working on various internal projects such as load and performance tests as well as external customer projects which he runs as a project manager, giving our customers the support they need to introduce and to integrate the jCOM1 S-BPM SUITE successfully into their own infrastructure.

Thomas Paulus successfully completed his studies for a graduate degree in business information technology in 2007 and both during and after his time at the university worked as a freelance IT consultant on a large number of projects in the BPM environment for retail and financial companies.

Thomas Ertlmaier has been working for jCOM1 AG since April 2009, initially in a freelancing capacity and thereafter, since September 2009, as a full-time employee. Both as a developer and as a consultant, his scope of responsibilities essentially covers the conception and implementation of both internal and external company projects.

Xinyi Guo has been supporting the software development team at jCOM1 since October 2009. In this position his responsibilities include the continuous development of the modeling tool jPASS!. Before joining jCOM1 Xinyi Guo studied information technology at the technical university in Munich.

Dominik Blei has been working for jCOM1 AG as a software developer since March 2010. In this position, he is part of a team responsible for various development initiatives from project conception to final acceptance. His main focus is on the Hibernate/JPA environment. He is also available as a coach for various technologies within the development area and contributes to product development his experience in the JEE, JUnit, and Spring environments.

Before he joined the S-BPM specialist, Dominik Blei worked with Jentro Technologies GmbH as a software developer and software architect. The graduate mathematician was also able to gain wide-ranging experience from his earlier freelance activities.
